The UpperEx National Outreach Coalition strives to form collaborative initiatives and partnerships with other foundations, associations, healthcare and rehabilitation facilities, and the military to execute effective outcome based initiatives. These partnerships will fulfill our mission, strengthen our community, and provide a better chance of a positive outcome for our constituents.
